These are real money purchases, similar to the immensely popular Starter and Founder’s Packs, and offer a ton of value for Palia enthusiasts. Note: These are separate purchases and there is no upgrade path from one to the other, but they do have a lot of overlapping content. We think that the amazing deal on Palia Coins alone means a lot of players will want to pick up both regardless, but note that if you buy both you won’t get duplicates of the items from the Highlands Supporter Pack, other than the Plush the Voucher, and the Cookie.

New Riding Licenses have been added to the Premium Store, available immediately.
The newest horses can be registered under the Riding License system, allowing it to be ridden as a Mount on your adventures. Since mounting up requires you to have the mount in the Ranching system and for them to be past the baby stage, Riding Licenses will also come with a voucher for the animal and an Instagrow Cookie. Simply head into your Barn, redeem the voucher in the shop, feed your new horse a cookie and you’re ready to ride!

FAQ:
What is the difference between the two packs? Can I buy both?
The 59.99 USD* Royal Highlands Supporter Pack includes everything from the $29.99 USD* Highlands Supporter Pack, plus additional content. However, there is no discount or way to upgrade available if you already purchased the $29.99 USD* Highlands Supporter Pack. You can purchase both packs, and doing so will grant you extra copies of some non-cosmetic items, like the Dawnspur plush.
What are the Highlands Courier Pet Slots? If I buy both packs, can I get double the slots?
Highlands Courier Pet Slots are separate from the Founder’s Pack Slots and regular quest slots, for a total of 12 possible slots. However, both packs include the same Courier Slots, so buying both packs will not give additional Courier Slots.
Are the items in the packs exclusive? If I already own some items, can I get a discount?
Some items in the packs are exclusive, while others are not. For example, the Akwinduu Thoroughbred Riding License is only available through these packs, but the outfits are not exclusive. There are no discounts for already-owned items. The team’s stance is that the packs still provide strong value overall, especially when factoring in the included Palia Coins and exclusive content.
If I buy the Riders license, does that immediately give me a horse to ride in game? How does it work?
No, the license alone doesn’t automatically give you a ride-ready horse. To use a Riding License, you’ll need to have unlocked Mounts by completing the “Before The Dawn” quest, and you must already have the horse on your ranch (from the voucher) that is at least a Young Adult. Once those requirements are met, the license unlocks the ability to use that horse as a mount. With the Phoenixfire Handler’s License specifically, you receive a voucher for a ranching animal. You’ll still need to raise it to adulthood, though your purchase also includes an Instagrow Cookie that can immediately age it up. After using your voucher, you’ll be able to purchase additional horses with gold going forward. The Phoenixfire Dawnspur and Akwinduu Thoroughbred can also be unlocked for ranching through gameplay, but Riding Licenses provide a premium shortcut to obtain them without those requirements.
