Oh my dragon! Can you believe that Palia will soon be available on the Nintendo Switch?! We’ve prepared several rewards for Palians to snatch up just in time to celebrate this incredible occasion.

Read on below for some detailed instructions on how to get each one!

TL;DR

• Get a Freshly Painted Froggy Bucket reward for logging into Palia starting on December 14, 2023, both on PC or Nintendo Switch.
• Get a Mushroom Glider and a Free Leapfroggy Outfit by linking your Nintendo and Palia accounts starting on December 14, 2023.
• Some rewards are time-limited, so make sure to get them early!

Login Reward: Freshly Painted Froggy Bucket

The fan-favorite Froggy Bucket, but with a Mushroom Kingdom-inspired twist! All you need to grab this reward is to log into Palia at any point between now and March 14, 2024 11:59pm PT. This reward is available to both PC and Nintendo Switch players.

Account Linking Rewards: Free Leapfroggy Outfit and Mushroom Glider

A bonus FREE Leapfroggy Outfit and Mushroom Glider can be obtained by linking your Palia and Nintendo accounts. You can start linking your account once Palia becomes available on the Nintendo Switch starting December 14, 2023 at 8:00am PT.

Important: To receive this reward, you have to link your account at the first prompt. Once you skip through these steps and decide not to link before playing Palia, you cannot link your account again and will miss out on the rewards.

Don’t wait! The Leapfroggy outfit is a limited time promo and will only be available until January 14, 2024 11:59pm PT - so make sure to grab it before it's gone! But don’t worry - you can still get the Mushroom Glider if you missed the Leapfroggy outfit.

Hot Tip! Glider skins can only be applied once you’ve unlocked the base Glider first. Make sure to progress in the game and complete the quest, “Like a Bird.”

How to Claim the Rewards

The Freshly Painted Froggy Bucket, Mushroom Glider, and Leapfroggy Outfit can be found in the News tab in your Inventory window — the same location where you can find Refer-a-Friend Rewards!

How to Link your Account

New Palia Accounts You can create a Palia account for free! Sign up via our website on your web browser, or right from the game’s log-in screen on the Nintendo Switch.

Once you’ve created your Palia account, use the credentials you’ve chosen to sign into the game.

You’ll then be prompted to bind it to the current User Profile on the device.

Select (Y) Continue.

Existing Palia Accounts When playing Palia on the Nintendo Switch for the first time, you can link it to your existing Palia account.

You will then be asked to log in with your existing account credentials to bind it to the current User Profile on the device.

Select (Y) Continue.

Note: You can have one Palia account per User Profile on the Nintendo Switch.

• If the device has multiple profiles, it is possible to have different Palia accounts as well.
• A Palia account cannot be shared across multiple profiles or devices

FAQ

I didn’t link the first time around, can I relink after to get the rewards?

We’re sorry, but unfortunately you cannot retroactively link and we cannot grant the rewards without the linking. Please make sure you do this prior to starting your Palia experience on the Nintendo Switch.

Can I still get the rewards if I don’t link?

No, this is an account linking reward exclusive - however, you can still receive the Freshly Painted Froggy Bucket reward!

When do the rewards become available and when will the rewards disappear?

The Leapfroggy Outfit will only be available as an account linking reward starting December 14, 2023 at 8:00am PT until January 14, 2024 at 11:59pm PT.

• The Mushroom Glider will be available starting December 14, 2023 at 8:00am PT as an account linking reward and will be available for the foreseeable future. We’ll communicate early if we decide to end this promotion.

The Freshly Painted Froggy Bucket will only be available as a login reward starting December 14, 2023 at 8:00am PT until March 14, 2024 at 11:59pm PT.

Can I get these specific items in different ways?

They might be available in the future but there are currently no plans for now.
